Our Story
The same trade, the same promise, since 1986
Forever-Dry started in 1986 with a specialty that Chicago's housing stock demands: waterproofing and foundation repair for the region's poured concrete, block, brick, and limestone foundations. Four decades later, the company still works out of Alsip on the south side, still serves the neighborhoods it started in, and still hand-digs an excavation when a century-old foundation deserves gentler treatment than a machine bucket.
The promise made at the beginning has not changed: work backed by a lifetime warranty that transfers to the next owner when the house sells. A warranty like that is only good business if the repairs actually last — which is why every job starts with an honest diagnosis, and why the smaller repair gets recommended whenever the smaller repair is enough.

Chicago's limestone and brick foundations predate waterproofing itself. They get repaired the way they were built — carefully, from the outside when that is what it takes — not treated like modern concrete.
